LivreVault · Sovereign Storage

LivreVault is the encrypted storage layer for LIVRE OS. It lets you keep documents, certificates, metadata, and recovery materials under your control — encrypted locally, stored across nodes, and referenced on-chain only via hashes.

What you can store

  • Passports, IDs, and residency proofs.
  • Academic and professional certificates.
  • KYB/KYC documents and dossiers.
  • Encrypted recovery shards and key material.
  • App-specific identity data and policies.

Security model

Everything is encrypted on your device before it moves anywhere. Nodes only see encrypted blobs and cannot decrypt them. On-chain, only hashed commitments are stored, for integrity and optional proof references.

In the current MVP, LivreVault lives inside the Identity Node as a local storage layer. You interact with it indirectly via the Agent Console when you create identities, attach attributes, and export proofs.
